AUTHENTIC BRANDS GROUP’S SILVERSTAR TEAMS WITH CBS INTERACTIVE MUSIC GROUP’S LAST.FM TO LAUNCH CO-BRANDED FASHION AND LIFESTYLE PROGRAM

Authentic Brands Group Also Named Exclusive Worldwide Licensing Rep For Last.fm

NEW YORK – February 13, 2012 – Authentic Brands Group, CBS Consumer Products and CBS Interactive Music Group announced today a far-reaching agreement that will fuse fashion and lifestyle with the world’s most preeminent social music service.  The SilverStar Casting Company and Last.fm co-branded program launches later this year and will include apparel, accessories, bags, headwear and more.  The worldwide deal also names Authentic Brands Group as exclusive worldwide licensing representative for Last.fm.

CBS Interactive Music Group’s Last.fm is a multi-faceted music platform best known for its proprietary “scrobbling” technology, which tracks a user’s listening history across a variety of devices and services to aid in new music discovery and recommendations. “By joining Last.fm’s cutting edge music program and SilverStar’s popularity with consumers, we aim to bring users a unique platform to express their individuality,” said David Goodman, President of CBS Interactive Music Group.
