CBS'S "LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN" POSTS SEASON HIGHS IN VIEWERS, ADULTS 18-49 AND ADULTS 18-34

"The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" Delivers Its Highest Rating of the Season

In Adults 18-34, Matches its Best Adult 18-49 and Adult 25-54 Ratings and Notches Second Largest Audience Ever

            CBS's late night duo-LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN and THE LATE LATE SHOW with CRAIG FERGUSON delivered season high ratings, according to Nielsen Live Plus same-day ratings for the week ending Feb. 16.

            LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN posted a 3.5/09 with 4.81m viewers, 1.1/05 in adults 18-34, 1.6/07 in adults 18-49 and 2.0/08 in adults 25-54.  This is LATE SHOW's best season-to-date deliveries in households, viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34 and matches the best adults 25-54 delivery this season.   

           THE LATE LATE SHOW with CRAIG FERGUSON delivered a 1.7/06 in households with 2.26m viewers, up +6% in households (from 1.6/06) and +10% in viewers (from 2.06m) compared to the same week last year.  THE LATE LATE SHOW was up +11% in adults 25-54 (1.0/06 from 0.9/05), +20% in adults 18-34 (0.6/03 from 0.5/03) and even in adults 18-49 (0.8/05) compared to the same week last year. 

          This is THE LATE LATE SHOW's second best delivery ever in viewers (only behind the week ending Dec.2, 2005, when Oprah was on LATE SHOW).  This is the best delivery this season in adults 18-34 and matches the best season-to-date delivery in households, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.
