CBS Leads Daytime For the 936th Consecutive Week - 18 Years
"The Young and The Restless" Is the Top-Rated Daytime Drama
For the 948th Consecutive Week and First in Women 25-54
CBS Daytime marked 18 years as the daypart leader, placing first for the 936th consecutive week with and against regular schedules. THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS was also the top-rated daytime drama in households for the 948th consecutive week in the week ending March 4, week 24 of the 2006-2007 television season.
The Network had four of the top five programs in households: #1 THE PRICE IS RIGHT, #2 THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, #3 THE PRICE IS RIGHT 1 and #5 THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL. CBS had five of the top 10 programs among women 25-54 and six among women 18-49, including THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS which was first in women 25-54 for the 96th time in 99 weeks.
