         "The Real Thing" -- Christine sends an email about Mr. Harris, that she intended only for Barb, to all the parents at Ritchie's school, on THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE, Monday, April 9 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.  Andy Ackerman, one of the series' executive producers, directed the story by Charles Zucker and teleplay by Jeff Astrof and Danielle Evenson.

        Golden Globe Award nominee Blair Underwood ("L.A. Law") returns as Ritchie's fourth grade teacher, Mr. Harris.  Emmy Award nominee Wanda Sykes ("Curb Your Enthusiasm") returns as Barb, Christine's best friend.  Comedian Dave Foley ("News Radio") guest stars as a friend of Richard's who has a crush on Christine.

       Christine almost gets Mr. Harris fired after unintentionally sending all the parents at Ritchie's school an email revealing that their parent/teacher relationship may be something more.  While Christine and Mr. Harris are being reprimanded by the head of the school ethics committee, Christine gets some surprising news from Mr. Harris.
