"Mama Cast" -- When Carrie insists that Doug figure out how to invest their tax return check, Doug decides to buy an ice cream truck from a stranger, on a rebroadcast of THE KING OF QUEENS, in its new time period, Wednesday, May 30 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.  Rob Schiller, one of the series' executive producers, directed the episode written by Ilana Wernick and Mike Soccio.  (Originally broadcast 12/6/06)

             While buying some treats at the park from the ice cream man, Doug notices the "for sale" sign in his window.  Figuring that this investment would be as profitable as anything else, Doug seizes the opportunity and buys the truck on the spot.  However, when he tries to sell ice cream on another driver's route, a turf war breaks out and Doug starts being harassed daily by a soft serve ice cream truck.  Meanwhile, when Carrie is asked to stand in as a "mom" at one of the model homes that her company is staging, she starts to warm up to the idea of being a mother.
