For the week ending August 29, CBS THIS MORNING posted the largest gain in total viewers among the only network morning news broadcasts (2.85m from 2.67m, +7%) compared to the same week last year, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings. CBS THIS MORNING gained +180,000 viewers compared to the same week last year and closed the gap with NBC by 170,000 viewers.
