Two Semi-Finalists Each From Pittsburgh, Boston, Philadelphia and San Francisco Will Be Flown to Los Angeles; One of The Two is Guaranteed a Spot on Contestants' Row

CBS Entertainment’s Daytime Emmy Award-winning game show THE PRICE IS RIGHT, network television’s #1-rated daytime series and the longest-running game show, wants Boston to “Come On Down” for its annual nationwide contestant search Thursday, Sept. 18.Those chosen will appear as contestants during the 43rd season of the game show in Los Angeles.  The contestant search, which kicked off in Pittsburgh on Tuesday, August 12, will next visit San Francisco on Sunday, Sept. 21 and Philadelphia on Friday, Sept. 26.

In each market where a casting call takes place, two participants will be selected to fly to Los Angeles and attend a taping of the legendary game show, THE PRICE IS RIGHT.  A bidder's spot on Contestants' Row will be guaranteed to one of the two chosen participants who will learn if they are selected to "Come On Down" when they hear their name called during the show's taping.
