“THE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT” AND “THE LATE LATE SHOW WITH JAMES CORDEN” ARE THE ONLY LATE NIGHT PROGRAMS TO POST YEAR-TO-YEAR GROWTH IN VIEWERS DURING THE NOVEMBER SWEEP

Both Shows Improve Their Competitive Position

THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT and THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN were the only late night programs to deliver year-to-year viewer growth in the recently concluded November sweep. Both shows also improved their competitive position in viewers and key demographics.

THE LATE SHOW averaged 2.62 million viewers, up +4% in viewers (from 2.52m) from last November. THE LATE SHOW averaged 0.7/03 in adults 25-54, 0.5/03 in adults 18-49 and 0.3/02 in adults 18-34.    

Compared to last November, THE LATE SHOW improved its competitive position against NBC's "The Tonight Show" by 500,000 in viewers, 0.2 in adults 25-54 and by 0.1 in both adults 18-49 and adults 18-34. 

THE LATE LATE SHOW averaged 1.29 million viewers, up +9% in viewers (from 1.18m) from last November. THE LATE LATE SHOW was even in adults 25-54 (0.4/03), adults 18-49 (0.3/02) and adults 18-34 (0.2/01) versus last year. 

Compared to last November, THE LATE LATE SHOW improved its competitive position against NBC's "Late Night with Seth Meyers" by 230,000 in viewers and by +0.1 in adults 25-54, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34.
