CBS Interactive today announced that MOBLOGIC, a recently launched daily webshow that puts the News Of The Day into perspective through witty and insightful "People On The Street" interviews, has secured a sponsorship deal with Saturn. The sponsorship, which became effective today, includes the placement of the Saturn logo on the MOBLOGIC homepage, billboard-style Saturn visuals during the show, and five second pre-roll and 30-second post-roll advertisements.
"We are pleased to have Saturn on board as a sponsor so quickly after our debut," said Jeff Marks, Executive Producer, MOBLOGIC and CBS Interactive. "The response to our online show has been overwhelmingly positive, and we had a great first week in terms of views and audience engagement - so gaining an advertiser of national stature makes it all the more sweet. Saturn is a great fit for MOBLOGIC and this sponsorship demonstrates a real commitment to reaching an audience through next generation Web content."
"Saturn is a brand that continues to challenge the status quo - not only with our products but also the way we try to reach our customers," said Dan Keller, Saturn's Marketing Director. "MOBLOGIC looks to provide a unique, new opportunity to reach a younger audience."
Since MOBLOGIC debuted on March 7, the daily webshow has touched on topics ranging from the latest on the campaign trail, to global warming, to Governor Spitzer's sex scandal to whether the U.S. spends too much on guns.
