Marks the First Time the LATE SHOW Has Turned Historic Ed Sullivan Theater into a Concert Venue

Pearl Jam will perform an exclusive, live webcast concert from the Ed Sullivan Theater for their fans on Thursday, May 4 following the taping of their appearance on the LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN. The concert will be streamed on the LATE SHOW website at CBS.com (www.cbs.com/latenight/lateshow) at approximately 5:55 PM, ET/2:55 PM, PT.

The exclusive Pearl Jam concert will mark the first time the LATE SHOW has used the Ed Sullivan Theater as a concert venue, and will offer a rare opportunity for members of their fan club, Pearl Jam Ten Club, to watch them to play at the historic theater. The band will perform some of their favorite songs as well as never-before-heard material from their new self-titled J-Records release, which hits stores May 2.

Pearl Jam's appearance on the LATE SHOW will be broadcast later that evening, 11:35 PM-12:37 AM, ET/PT, on the CBS Television Network. Also scheduled to visit the LATE SHOW on Thursday, May 4 is actress Julia Roberts.
