60 MINUTES scored its highest Nielsen metered market rating in almost a decade last night(16) and will almost surely be Nielsen's number-one program for the week for the second consecutive week when final national numbers are released tomorrow (18). The broadcast featured the first post-election interview of the President Elect and the First Lady elect. Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle, spoke to Steve Kroft last Friday in Chicago.
