CBS NEWS' "FACE THE NATION" BEATS ABC IN HOUSEHOLDS, VIEWERS
CBS News' FACE THE NATION beat ABC, with a 1.9/05 with 2.56m viewers and 0.6/03 in adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Sunday, July 24. This was the program's best deliveries in both households and viewers since June 12, 2011.
Television year-to-date, FACE THE NATION is up +2% in viewers (2.74m from 2.68m) and even in both households (1.9/05) and adults 25-54 (0.7/03) compared to last year.
On the broadcast, Bob Schieffer interviewed White House Chief of Staff Bill Daley, Sen. Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.), Sen. Richard Durbin (D-Ill.), Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.), and Sen. Saxby Chambliss (R-Ga.).
FACE THE NATION is broadcast Sundays (10:30-11:00 AM, ET; check local listings) on the CBS Television Network. Mary Hager is the Executive Producer.
