Anton Guitano was named Chief Operating Officer of CBS Local Media, the CBS Corporation's new local broadcasting segment, in November 2009.  Guitano reports to Leslie Moonves, President and Chief Executive Officer, CBS Corporation.  He also reports to Dan Mason, President and CEO of CBS Radio, and Peter Dunn, the new President of CBS Television Stations, helping to drive each division's ongoing financial, strategic and operating objectives.

In addition, Guitano will also lead CBS's efforts to capitalize on its unparalleled collection of local news and Internet properties throughout the nation.

Guitano, a 31-year veteran of CBS, most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President, Operations, of CBS Radio. Before that he was Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer for CBS Television Stations, a role he held for two years after serving as its Senior Vice President and Vice President of Finance. He also served as Vice President and General Auditor for CBS Inc., Controller for the CBS Television Network, Controller for the CBS Television Stations Group, and as Senior Audit Director, Audit Director and Audit Manager for the CBS Internal Audit Department. He got his start at Price Waterhouse.

Guitano, a graduate of St. Peter's College, is a Certified Public Accountant who lives in New York City with his wife.
