Jo Ann Haller is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for CBS RADIO, a title she has held since 2008. She is responsible for all of the division’s legal affairs, including transactions, regulatory matters and litigation, as well as employment, compliance and other legal policy matters.
Prior to her latest appointment, Haller served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Discontinued Operations, CBS Corporation from 2002-08, where, among other things, she was responsible for the Westinghouse trademark licensing program. For two years before that, she was Assistant General Counsel for CBS.com, CBSNews.com, as well as CBS RADIO.
Haller joined Westinghouse in 1987 as Counsel for their power generation business unit located in Orlando, Fla. She later was named Senior Counsel for their anti-trust division (1991-93), and was elevated to Senior Counsel and later Assistant General Counsel for Westinghouse’s energy systems business in their nuclear fuels division (1993-2000).
Haller earned a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1980. She received her undergraduate degree in 1977 from the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in economics and political science.
