CBS SPORTS SPECTACULAR FIRES UP BARBECUE WITH "THE ULTIMATE BARBECUE SHOWDOWN" ON SATURDAY, MAY 28

CBS SPORTS SPECTACULAR presents THE ULTIMATE BARBECUE SHOWDOWN on Saturday, May 28 (2:00-3:00 PM, ET; taped 4/2/11) from outside Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas during the 2011 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Final Four. THE ULTIMATE BARBECUE SHOWDOWN has a host, four competitors and three judges, and adheres to KCBS (Kansas City BBQ Society) rules. Competitors include world famous chefs Myron Mixon, Tuffy Stone, Neil "Bigmista" Strawder and Bubba Latimar.  Judges include Chris Lilly, Ray "Dr. BBQ" Lampe and Mike Lake. Only the cooks and their crews, the host and judges, are allowed in the kitchen. During the show, the competitors explain their process and methods in a clear and concrete fashion that every amateur BBQ cook understands, with practical tips guaranteed to improve viewers' results the very next time they saddle up to their backyard grills. CBS Sports' Bob Fishman serves as coordinating producer.
