CBS SPORTS CONTINUES GOLDEN CELEBRATION OF SUPER BOWL WITH WEEK-LONG COVERAGE ON CBS SPORTS NETWORK LEADING UP TO SUPER BOWL 50

Network to Showcase 75 Hours of Programming From The Bay Area

 

Coverage Features Nine Shows On-Site Including Live Extended Post-Game Show from

Levi’s Stadium with SUPER BOWL TODAY Team

 

 

CBS Sports moves its Golden Celebration of the Super Bowl to the Bay Area beginning Monday, Feb. 1 with week-long programming on CBS Sports Network leading up to the big game. The coverage features 75 hours of programming, which originates from sets at Super Bowl City at the foot of Market Street in San Francisco and Radio Row, providing the latest news, analysis and commentary on the teams, events and buzz surrounding Super Bowl week.  

 

CBS Sports Network also will air extended post-game coverage from inside Levi’s Stadium on Sunday evening, immediately following CBS Sports’ broadcast of Super Bowl 50. James Brown, Bill Cowher, Boomer Esiason, Tony Gonzalez and Bart Scott will continue torecap the game with interviews and analysison SUPER BOWL TODAY POST GAME SHOW.

 

SUPER BOWL LIVE highlights each night’s coverage, airing in primetime Monday-Friday (10:00 PM-12:00 MIDNIGHT, ET). Host Greg Gumbel will be joined throughout the week by a rotating cast of current NFL players and NFL ON CBS analysts, including Trent Green, Steve Beuerlein, Rich Gannon, Chris Simms,Cowher, Gonzalez andScott.

 

         NFL MONDAY QB, which provides analysis purely from a quarterback’s perspective, airs Monday, Feb. 1 (6:00 PM, ET) with Schein, Gannon, Green and Beuerlein, while WE NEED TO TALK, CBS Sports’ first-ever nationally televised all-female sports show, airs Saturday, Feb. 6 (7:00 PM, ET) with Dana Jacobson, Tracy Wolfson, Allie LaForce, Andrea Kremer andTrask.

 

CBS Sports Network’s regular Sunday pregame show, THAT OTHER PREGAME SHOW, expands to weekdays in San Francisco, airing in primetime Tuesday-Friday (6:00-8:00 PM, ET) with host Adam Schein andanalysts Amy Trask, London Fletcher and Brandon Tierney.

 

SUPER BOWL WEEKEND wraps up CBS Sports Network’s week of pre-game programming on Saturday, Feb. 6 (11:00 PM-1:00 AM, ET). Jacobson hosts and is joined by Fletcher and Simms.

 

CBS Sports Network also will simulcast three CBS Radio shows from Radio Row in San Francisco throughout the week: BOOMER AND CARTON (6:00-10:00 AM, ET), THE JIM ROME SHOW (12:00 NOON-3:00 PM, ET) and the DOUG GOTTLIEB SHOW (3:00-6:00 PM, ET).

 

Additionally, CBS Sports Network will have the Super Bowl covered from every angle with reporters covering the teams and events throughout the Bay Area, including CBS Sports’ lead NFL reporter Tracy Wolfson, Insider Jason La Canfora, Evan Washburn, Jamie Erdahl, Allie LaForce and John Schriffen.
