"THE NFL ON CBS" AND "SEC ON CBS" CONTINUE RATINGS ROLL

Season-to-date, THE NFL ON CBS is averaging a national household rating/share of  10.4/22 through Week 9, up 9% from last year's 9.5/20 and up 14% from 2005's 9.1/19.  This marks the highest season-to-date ratings average through Week 9 since CBS re-acquired the NFL in 1998 and  the highest rating for AFC game broadcasts since 1994 (NBC).

  

THE NFL ON CBS continues to be the only network to post an increase in ratings, season-to-date.    

 

In addition, season-to-date, the SEC ON CBS is averaging a national household rating/share of  3.4/8 for nine telecasts, up 13% from last year's 3.0/7 (11 telecasts) and is the highest rating average season-to-date since 1999's 3.5/9.
