CBS SPORTS ONLY BROADCAST NETWORK POSTING RATINGS GAINS FOR NFL GAME COVERAGE

After 15 weeks of the 2007 NFL season, THE NFL ON CBS's coverage of the AFC Conference is the only broadcast network posting a ratings increase with an average national household rating/share of 10.7/23, up 8% from last year's 9.9/21 at this point in the season.

THE NFL ON CBS season-to-date rating is the highest since CBS re-acquired the NFL in 1998 and the highest rating for the AFC Conference since a 10.7/25 in 1996.

THE NFL ON CBS's singleheader coverage this past weekend (12/16) scored a 13.3/27 rating/share, up 49% from last year's comparable singleheader weekend (8.9/20 on 12/17) and was CBS's highest-rated singleheader window since 2005 with a national household rating/share of 13.7/31.

This past Sunday's games (1:00 PM) included Jacksonville-Pittsburgh, New York Jets-New England, Tennessee-Kansas City, Buffalo-Cleveland, Baltimore-Miami and (4:00 PM) Indianapolis at Miami.   Week 15 of the 2005 season scored a rating/share 13.7/31 when San Diego beat Indianapolis to end the Colt's unbeaten streak at 13 games.
