Packer and Carter Blackburn to broadcast Tulsa at Memphis on Wednesday, Feb. 27

Billy Packer, CBS Sports' lead college basketball analyst and the voice of college basketball, will call CBS COLLEGE SPORTS NETWORK'S (CSTV) Conference USA broadcast of undefeated and *No. 1-ranked Memphis when they take on Tulsa on Wednesday, Feb 27 (9:00 PM, ET).

 Packer will be courtside with CBS COLLEGE SPORTS NETWORK'S Carter Blackburn for the match-up from the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tenn.

Packer, the only man to call the Final Four and Championship over the last 34 years, is in his 27th season as lead analyst for CBS Sports' college basketball coverage. This season he will be partnered with Jim Nantz for the 18th consecutive year for CBS Sports' exclusive broadcast coverage of the 2008 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship beginning on Thursday, March 20.
