CBS SPORTS' WEEKEND OF COLLEGE BASKETBALL HIGHLIGHTED BY VIRGINIA TECH TAKING ON NO. 5-RANKED NORTH CAROLINA ON SATURDAY, FEB. 16

CBS Sports' ROAD TO THE FINAL FOUR continues on Saturday, Feb. 16 (1:00-3:00 PM, ET) with a national broadcast as Virginia Tech takes on *No. 5-ranked North Carolina. The match-up on Sunday, Feb. 17 (1:00-3:00 PM, ET) features a Big Ten showdown as Ohio State battles Michigan.

 

            Gus Johnson joins CBS Sports' lead college basketball analyst, Billy Packer, to call the action from the Dean E. Smith Center in Chapel Hill, N.C. for Virginia Tech-North Carolina. Bob Dekas, CBS Sports' coordinating producer for college basketball, produces and Bob Fishman directs.

 

Verne Lundquist and Clark Kellogg handle the call from the Crisler Arena in Ann Arbor, Mich. for Ohio State-Michigan.   Steve Scheer produces and Bryan Lilley directs.

 

Both games will broadcast in HDTV.

 

AT THE HALFÒ, CBS Sports' halftime studio show hosted by Greg Gumbel, along with Sports Illustrated's Seth Davis, provides all the day's news, scores and highlights live from the CBS Broadcast Center in New York City. Vin DeVito produces and Cathy Barreto directs.
