CBS SPORTS' 28th CONSECUTIVE REGULAR-SEASON
CLARK KELLOGG BEGINS TENURE AS CBS SPORTS' LEAD GAME ANALYST
CBS Sports' 28th consecutive season of college basketball tips off on Saturday, Dec. 13 with a national doubleheader featuring Memphis at Georgetown and Indiana at Kentucky.
For the first time in 27 years, CBS Sports will have a new voice, as Clark Kellogg assumes the role as lead college basketball analyst for the Network. Kellogg will partner with lead play-by-play announcer Jim Nantz to form the Network's lead announce team. Bob Dekas serves as Coordinating Producer, College Basketball, and Bob Fishman is the lead director.
Harold Bryant is Vice President, Production, CBS Sports.
Highlights of the 14-week Regular-Season schedule include:
52 Regular-Season Match-ups - 12 Top Conferences
•· 42 men's contests, three women's games and five conference championships (plus the Big Ten semi-finals), featuring teams from 12 top conferences including, the Big Ten, Big East, Atlantic Coast, Southeastern, Pac-10, Big 12, Conference USA, Atlantic 10, Missouri Valley, West Coast, Patriot League and Southern.
