THE NFL ON CBS’s Week 17 doubleheader coverage on Sunday, Jan. 3 earned ratings increases of +66% for its Regional game window and +19% for its National game window. The Regional window, which earned an average household rating/share of 11.1/19, +66% from last year’s 6.7/12, was the highest-rated CBS Regional game in the metered markets in Week 17 of the NFL regular-season since the NFL went to both CBS and Fox having doubleheaders on the final week of the season in 2006.
