New York, NY - March 5, 2007 - Inside Edition conducted an exclusive on-camera interview with Bonnie Stern, sister of Smith's lawyer and former companion Howard K. Stern.
Following is a transcript of this exclusive interview as broadcast on today's edition of INSIDE EDITION. Credit must be given to INSIDE EDITION.
Stern tells INSIDE EDITION the over the top funeral was Anna Nicole Smith's wish.
Bonnie Stern: "She loved amazing things that were beautiful and fantastic and outrageous and this was Anna. This funeral was her."
Stern also tells INSIDE EDITION she confronted Anna Nicole Smith's mother in the church.
Bonnie Stern: "I walked up to her [Virgie Arthur] and she sat down and I said to her and I really meant it, I looked her in the eye and I said, you make me sick!"
After Smith's death Stern tells INSIDE EDITION she feared her brother would attempt to take his own life.
Bonnie Stern: "Dannielynn was the one thing that brought him back to life... I said to him you have to live you have to live for Dannielynn she needs you...If it wasn't for her [Dannielynn], I don't know if my brother [Howard] would be here today."
Stern also tells INSIDE EDITION what she thinks should happen regarding custody of Dannielynn.
