NEW YORK, Aug. 18 - Pop superstar Britney Spears will present the Top Ten List on the LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN, Tuesday, Aug. 18 (11:35 PM-12:37 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.  This marks her first appearance on the broadcast since a surprise cameo appearance Nov. 6, 2006.  Spears is currently in the middle of her highly successful tour, "The Circus Starring Britney Spears" - after starting in North America in March and traveling to Europe, she returns to North America for another string of tour dates in 20 cities beginning August 20.

Also appearing on tonight's LATE SHOW are real estate mogul Donald Trump; actress Diane Kruger, who stars in the new Quentin Tarantino film "Inglourious Basterds"; and country music star Billy Currington.  The LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN is a production of Worldwide Pants Incorporated.   Barbara Gaines, Matt Roberts, Jude Brennan, Maria Pope and Rob Burnett are the executive producers.
