Winner April Grove of Piqua, Ohio To Appear With Eileen Fulton on the May 18 Episode To Celebrate Fulton's 50-Year Anniversary on the Show

"AS THE WORLD TURNS" Fans Voted Online for the Winner

            April Grove of Piqua, Ohio has been announced the winner of the AS THE WORLD TURNS' and CBS.com's casting call contest to celebrate actress Eileen Fulton's 50th anniversary on the show.  Grove will appear with Fulton on the show, Tuesday, May 18.  (Check local listings). "50 Fabulous Years With Lisa," named after Fulton's character Lisa Grimaldi, invited fans to upload videos of themselves performing cabaret songs to cbs.com.  AS THE WORLD TURNS fans voted online for the winner, with input from producers on the top 10 finalists.

           "I can't think of a more delightful way to celebrate my 50th anniversary than to collaborate and share the stage with such a talented fan during this special time," said Fulton.

            AS THE WORLD TURNS is a Procter & Gamble Productions program and tapes in Brooklyn, New York.  Christopher Goutman is the Executive Producer.  The show can be seen weekdays on the CBS Television Network.
