CBS will present an encore broadcast of THE BEATLES:  THE NIGHT THAT CHANGED AMERICA—A GRAMMY SALUTE, Wednesday, Feb. 12 (8:30-11:00 PM, ET/PT).

Last night's primetime special averaged an impressive 13.95 million viewers, peaking at nearly 14.8 million during the final half hour, on an extremely competitive night that included the Olympics, the winter premiere of "The Walking Dead" and other popular Sunday night cable series.
