“THE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT” WIDENS LAST WEEK’S MARGIN OF VICTORY TO NEARLY +1 MILLION VIEWERS AND TIES FOR FIRST IN ADULTS 18-49 WITH LIVE PLUS 3-DAY PLAYBACK
Adds +690,000 Viewers with 3-Day Viewing
THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT widened last week’s margin of victory to +970,000 viewers (from +450,000 viewers live plus same day) and tied for first in adults 18-49, according to Nielsen live plus 3-day ratings for the week ending July 21, which featured shows tied to the host’s recent trip St. Petersburg and Moscow.
With L+3, THE LATE SHOW added +690,000 viewers, increasing its average weekly audience to 3.56m viewers from 2.87m (+24%). All five broadcasts averaged well over 3 million viewers with three of them over 3.5 million. In adults 18-49, THE LATE SHOW grew +50% (0.6 from 0.4), matching “The Tonight Show.”
