According to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Sunday, April 12 (week 29 of the 2019-2020 broadcast season), CBS attracted 5.82 million viewers (#1). The CBS EVENING NEWS WITH NORAH O’DONNELL amassed an audience of 7.437 million viewers with 1.572 million adults 25-54. Based on the gross audience reach (including a 4:00 AM re-air), the CBS EVENING NEWS is up +33% in viewers and up +42% with adults 25-54 compared to the same week a year ago.
