Ducky and Gerald are duped into thinking they must perform an autopsy on a Royal Navy commander, but when the body bag opens to reveal a gun-totting man, they find themselves taken hostage in their own lab. Gibbs and the rest of his team, minus Kate who has also been taken captive by their deranged visitor, jump into action to free them.
