CBS SPORTS NETWORK KICKS OFF ENTIRE 2017 COLLEGE FOOTBALL SEASON THIS SATURDAY, AUGUST 26

Network Features Doubleheader with Oregon State at Colorado State at 2:30 PM, ET and
No. 19 USF at San Jose State at 7:30 PM, ET

CBS Sports Network is kicking off the entire college football schedule with the first game of the 2017 season on Saturday, August 26 at 2:30 PM, ET.  

Oregon State takes on Colorado State as the Rams christen their new home, Colorado State Stadium.  Play-by-play announcer Carter Blackburn, analysts Aaron Taylor and Rick Neuheisel and sideline reporter Jenny Dell call the action for the season’s first game.

In the second game of the doubleheader, preseason American Athletic Conference favorite *No. 19 USF heads west to take on San Jose State (7:30 PM, ET) from CEFCU Stadium in San Jose, Calif. Ben Holden and Randy Cross call the action, with Jon Schriffen reporting.

Host Brent Stover is joined by analysts Houston Nutt and Christian Fauria in-studio for halftime and post-game coverage of Week Zero action.
