CBS SPORTS NETWORK DELIVERS MARQUEE MATCHUPS THIS SATURDAY FEATURING MULTIPLE RANKED TEAMS AND HIGH-PROFILE PROGRAMS

Quadruple-Header this Saturday, September 16, Includes Oregon at Wyoming at 7:00 PM and No. 19 Stanford at San Diego State at 10:30 PM

No. 16 Virginia Tech Looks to Continue Hot Start on CBS Sports Network against ECU

CBS Sports Network delivers college football fans a quartet of high-profile games featuring multiple ranked teams this Saturday, September 16, including *No. 16 Virginia Tech and *No. 19 Stanford, as well as Pac-12 giant Oregon.

The network features a marquee Mountain West vs. Pac-12 evening double-header, kicking off with quarterback Josh Allen and Wyoming hosting Oregon and new head coach Willie Taggart at War Memorial Stadium in Laramie, Wyo. (7:00 PM, ET). The announce team of Carter Blackburn, analyst Aaron Taylor and reporter Jenny Dell call the action.

Following, current Mountain West favorite San Diego State hosts No. 19 Stanford (10:30 PM, ET). San Diego State looks to topple another Pac-12 opponent after defeating Arizona State last weekend. Play-by-play announcer Ben Holden, analyst Jay Feely and sideline reporter John Schriffen are on the call from San Diego Stadium.

Afternoon action is highlighted by ECU taking on ACC stalwart No.16 Virginia Tech at Dowdy–Ficklen Stadium in Greenville, N.C (3:30 PM, ET). Dave Ryan, Corey Chavous and reporter Melanie Collins announce as the Hokies look to continue their hot start to the season.

The slate of games begins at NOON when Akron takes on Big 12 mainstay Iowa State at InfoCision Stadium–Summa Field in Akron, Ohio. John Sadak, Randy Cross and reporter Tina McKinney are on the call.

Host Brent Stover is joined by analysts Houston Nutt and Christian Fauria in-studio for highlights and pre and post-game coverage of all Week Three action.
