CBS SPORTS NETWORK HEADS TO SAN ANTONIO FOR EXTENSIVE FINAL FOURĀ® PROGRAMMING

Programming Tips Off with Exclusive Team Practices on Friday, March 30

 

WE NEED TO TALK Debuts New Monthly Primetime Schedule with Special

Final Four Edition on Sunday, April 1

 

CBS Sports Network’s Final Four® programming from San Antonio, Texas tips off on Friday, March 30 (12:00 NOON-4:00 PM, ET) with exclusive coverage of each Final Four teams practice from the Alamodome. The four-hour show features live look-ins at team practices, as well as interviews with all four head coaches. 

Later that day, CBS Sports Network presents the Reese’s College All-Star Game live at 4:30 PM, ET. The Reese’s game showcases 20 of the top players in the NCAA and features Carter Blackburn, Steve Lappas and Brendan Haywood on the call with Allie LaForce reporting from the sidelines.

NCAA MARCH MADNESS 360 PRESENTED BY INFINITI and NCAA MARCH MADNESS BRACKET BREAKDOWN air live throughout Final Four weekend as well, including Championship game analysis on Monday, April 2 at 5:00 PM, ET and after the game’s conclusion at 12:00 Midnight, ET. Programming is anchored by Adam Zucker, Dana Jacobson and Brent Stover who are joined by analysts Wally Szczerbiak, Pete Gillen, Lappas, Haywood, Swin Cash, and insiders Gary Parrish and Jon Rothstein throughout the weekend. Providence Head Coach Ed Cooley will also join as a guest analyst prior to the games on Saturday and Monday.

Additionally, WE NEED TO TALK, the first-ever nationally televised all-female sports show, will air on Sunday, April 1 (7:00-8:00 PM, ET) from San Antonio. LaForce, Cash, Lisa Leslie and Jacobson host the special edition and showcases Tracy Wolfson interviewing both NCAA Tournament Championship team coaches and Cash sitting down with San Antonio Spurs guard Danny Green. Jacobson will also give a special report from the Final Four coaches luncheon.

CBS Sports Network will also air exclusive, encore showings of the Final Four and National Championship games on Saturday and Monday night, respectively.
