CBS Sports Kicks Off Serie A Season with Multiplatform Coverage Across Paramount+, CBS Sports Network and CBS Sports Golazo Network

 

 Calcio e Cappuccino Studio Show to Preview Season on Friday, Aug. 18 on CBS Sports Golazo Network

 

Every Match to Stream Live on Paramount+

 

CBS Sports’ multiplatform coverage of Italy’s Serie A returns this week with the kickoff of the 2023-2024 season. Every Serie A match this season will stream live on Paramount+, with select matches simulcasting on CBS Sports Network and CBS Sports Golazo Network, the free 24-hour soccer streaming channel.

 

Host Poppy Miller, alongside analysts Matteo Bonetti, Marco Messina, Mike Grella and Aaron West will once again lead CBS Sports’ CALCIO E CAPPUCCINO studio show. Christina Unkel will contribute to coverage as CBS Sports’ rules analyst.

 

The CALCIO E CAPPUCCINO crew will provide an hour-long Serie A season preview show on Friday, August 18 at 6:00 PM, ET, streaming live on CBS Sports Golazo Network and re-airing on the network throughout the morning leading up to Saturday’s first matches. The preview show will also be available to watch on-demand on Paramount+ beginning Friday evening.

 

Coverage for the opening day of the Serie A season on Saturday, August 19 begins with an hour-long CALCIO E CAPPUCCINO pre-match show beginning at 11:30 AM, ET, across Paramount+ and CBS Sports Network. The first match of the season will then feature Victor Osimhen and defending champions Napoli facing off against newly promoted Serie B champions Frosinone at 12:30 PM, ET, on Paramount+ and CBS Sports Network.

 

Inter vs. Monza will also simulcast on Saturday across Paramount+ and CBS Sports Network at 2:45 PM, ET. CALCIO E CAPPUCCINO will cap the day’s coverage with a 45-minute post-match show at 4:45 PM, ET, on Paramount+ and CBS Sports Network.

 

Coverage on Sunday, August 20 will include two matches streaming on both Paramount+ and CBS Sports Golazo Network — Roma vs. Salernitana at 12:30 PM, ET, and Udinese vs. Juventus at 2:45 PM, ET.

 

CBS Sports’ opening week Serie A coverage concludes on Monday, August 21 when AC Milan, with newly signed American superstar Christian Pulisic, takes on Bologna at 2:45 PM, ET, streaming exclusively on Paramount+.
