            CBS Sports' coverage of the "SEC Game of the Week" continues on Saturday, Oct. 16 (3:30 PM, ET), with national coverage of *No. 12-ranked Arkansas playing undefeated and *No. 7-ranked Auburn.

            The CBS Television Network's lead college football announce team of Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson call the action live from Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn, Ala. Tracy Wolfson serves as lead reporter. Craig Silver, the Network's coordinating producer of college football, produces and Steve Milton directs.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL TODAY, the Network's pre-game, halftime and post-game studio show, starts the day on CBS Sports (3:00 PM, ET) with host Tim Brando, along with analysts Spencer Tillman and Archie Manning. COLLEGE FOOTBALL TODAY will keep viewers updated on all the games throughout the afternoon with scores and highlights. Vin DeVito produces and Linda Malino directs. Harold Bryant is Vice President, Production, CBS Sports.

After CBS Sports' live SEC game coverage each Saturday throughout the season, CBS COLLEGE SPORTS NETWORK takes over with SEC TONIGHT PRESENTED BY GEICO (7:00-8:00 PM, ET), providing a recap of all the news, scores and highlights from around the SEC. Adam Zucker hosts along with analysts Phillip Fulmer and Brian Jones. Stephan Van Engen produces.

National Championship Hunt

Arkansas and Auburn are both still in the hunt for the National Championship. I believe they control their own destiny. I still maintain that a one-loss SEC Champion will get in the national championship game, even over undefeated teams. Any time a conference wins the last four championships, they get the benefit of the doubt.

Pressure at the Top

Of the top teams that are still competing for the national championship, two of the teams that aren't used to the rarified air of the focus of big games are Auburn and Arkansas. You look at Alabama, Ohio State, Oklahoma and Nebraska; they've been in big games before. They are used to the national media. Arkansas and Auburn do not know what they are in for as the pressure starts to mount and ratchet up.

Heisman Candidates

Both Cam Newton and Ryan Mallett are alive in the Heisman race. We'll show in the game that their statistics at this point in the season are as good-or-better than two comparable people that won. Tim Tebow and Carson Palmer.

Mallet Must Keep Things Spinning

The determining factor in the game is can Ryan Mallett find some help. I continue to compare him to what Drew Brees has to go through when he was at Purdue, where he has to keep the proverbial Ed Sullivan Show plates spinning all the time. He has eight, nine, 10 plates spinning on those sticks and one mistake they will all come crashing down. He needs some help somewhere, a couple of interceptions, a punt return, a long run, a big sack day.  Somewhere, something, it can't be all Ryan Mallett.
