CBS SPORTS' COVERAGE OF PGA TOUR'S "QUAIL HOLLOW CHAMPIONSHIP" RATES WITH 131% INCREASE

CBS Sports' final-round coverage of the PGA TOUR's QUAIL HOLLOW CHAMPIONSHIP with Sean O'Hair winning over Bubba Watson and Lucas Glover (both T-2) and Tiger Woods (4) on Sunday, May 3 (3:00-6:05  PM, ET) scored a national household rating/share of 3.7/9  up +131% from last year's 1.6/4 and up +9% from 2007's 3.4/8.

 

Sunday's 3.7/9 tied with 2005 as the highest rating for the final round of the QUAIL HOLLOW CHAMPIONSHIP since the tournament's debut in 2003.

 

CBS Sports' third-round coverage of the QUAIL HOLLOW CHAMPIONSHIP on Saturday, May 2 (3:00-6:00 PM, ET) earned a national household rating/share of 2.2/6, up +100% from last year's third round 1.1/3.

 

CBS Sports' two-day average for the QUAIL HOLLOW CHAMPIONSHIP earned an average national household rating/share of 3.0/8, up +114% from last year's 1.4/4.
