CBS SPORTS SET FOR 64TH CONSECUTIVE YEAR OF MASTERS WITH COMPREHENSIVE WEEK-LONG COVERAGE ACROSS BROADCAST, CABLE AND DIGITAL PLATFORMS HIGHLIGHTED BY 18-HOLE COVERAGE ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

Masters Live on CBSSports.com and CBS Sports App Features Four Channels and Extends Broadcast Coverage, Offering an Additional 110 Hours of Live Streaming Video

CBS SPORTS NETWORK Tees Off Masters Week with MASTERS ON THE RANGE Beginning Monday, April 8

The Masters, the most renowned tournament in golf and one of the most highly anticipated sporting events of the year, will be broadcast on CBS for the 64th consecutive year from Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Ga. CBS Sports offers week-long comprehensive coverage across its broadcast, cable and digital platforms highlighted by its traditional 18-hole coverage beginning with the third round on Saturday, April 13 (3:00-7:00 PM, ET) and final-round coverage on Sunday, April 14 (2:00-7:00 PM, ET). Additionally, broadcast coverage features highlights of early-round play airing on CBS both Thursday, April 11 and Friday, April 12 (11:35-11:50 PM, ET). The Masters is the longest-running sporting event broadcast on one network.

For the 34th consecutive year, Jim Nantz will cover the Masters for CBS, his 32nd year as host. Marking 30 years since the first of his three Masters victories, Nick Faldo joins Nantz in the18th hole tower as lead analyst. Ian Baker-Finch will describe the action at the 17th hole and join Nantz for the Highlight Shows; Verne Lundquist, 16th hole; Peter Kostis, 15th hole; Bill Macatee, 14th hole; Dottie Pepper, 13th hole; Frank Nobilo, 11th and 12th holes, and Amanda Balionis contributes with interviews.

Augusta National and CBS collaborated on a re-design of the on-air graphics for all Masters broadcast content. The fresh, new look for this prestigious event reflects the innovation, elegance and stature of the Masters tradition.  

CBS Sports' coverage of the Masters will be produced by Lance Barrow, coordinating producer of CBS golf, along with David Winner, and directed by Steve Milton and Bob Matina. Jim Rikhoff and Chris Svendsen will serve as replay producers. Sellers Shy will produce the late night highlight shows and Jim Cornell will direct. Harold Bryant is Executive Producer and Senior Vice President, Production, CBS Sports. David Berson is President, CBS Sports. Sean McManus is Chairman, CBS Sports.

Masters Live on CBSSports.com and CBS Sports App Features Four Channels and Extends Broadcast Coverage, Offering an Additional 110 Hours of Live Streaming Video

Masters Live featuring live, full-day, streaming video coverage, will again offer four channels of golf action on CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports app for phones and tablets for the 2019 Masters Tournament. Masters Live on CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports app will extend CBS Sports’ broadcast coverage of the 2019 Masters, offering more than 110 additional hours of live video, along with in-progress highlights, from Augusta National Golf Club throughout the week of the 2019 Masters.

The 2019 Masters Live line-up of channels includes:

  • Masters On The Range: The live show originating from the Tournament Practice Area at Augusta National will be presented Monday through Sunday on CBSSports.com, the CBS Sports app, and CBS Sports Network. Masters On The Range will feature interviews with players and analysis of the field leading up to the start of the 2019 Masters and throughout the Tournament. Amanda Balionis, Michael Breed, Bobby Clampett and Brian Crowell will provide commentary.

  • Featured Groups: Andrew Catalon and Billy Kratzert will tee off coverage of the 2019 Masters on Thursday morning with Featured Groups.  In addition, Crowell and Breed also will serve as announcers for the Featured Groups live streaming coverage of select pairings throughout their entire round each day.

  • Amen Corner: Live streaming video of the 11th, 12th and 13th holes. Grant Boone and Mark Immelman will serve as announcers for Amen Corner.

  • 15 & 16: Clampett, Luke Elvy and Ned Michaels will provide commentary and analysis for live streaming video on the 15th and 16th holes.

In addition to the four channels of live golf action, Masters Live will present video highlights including in-progress and end-of-day, highlights from the Par 3 Contest, historical highlights, Augusta National aerials and Interview Room highlights. Masters Live and additional features available on Masters.com will be available for free at CBSSports.com and on the CBS Sports app for phones and tablets.

CBS SPORTS HQ, the 24/7 streaming sports news network from CBS Sports, will feature live updates and reports on the leaderboard and latest stories from the Tournament beginning Monday with Doug Bell and CBS Sports golf writer Kyle Porter.  Highlights also will be available on CBS Sports’ social channels, and CBS Sports’ broadcast coverage will be available to stream live via the CBS All Access subscription service.

CBS Sports Network Tees Up Week-Long Coverage

  • Masters on the Range: CBS Sports Network airs the live show originating from the Tournament Practice Area at Augusta National along with Masters Live on CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports app Monday through Sunday.

  • Replay and Re-Airs: For the seventh consecutive year, CBS Sports Network replays CBS Sports’ live broadcasts of the third and final rounds of the 2019 Masters following the conclusion of coverage on CBS (8:00 PM, ET). CBS Sports Network also re-airs the 2019 final round on Monday, April 15 (1:00 PM, ET). Additionally, CBS Sports Network sets the stage for this year’s tournament with replays of the 2018 Masters third and final rounds on Tuesday, April 9 (9:30 PM, ET) and Wednesday, April 10 (7:00 PM, ET).
