7-ON-7 The explosion of programs that showcase the country’s best high school football players for college teams have become a growing problem says the  NCAA.   The hundreds of training camps and “7-on-7” leagues are not only eliminating the role that school coaches play in college football recruitment, but are ripe to become corrupt conduits NCAA officials say.  Armen Keteyian reports.  Alan Weisman is the producer.
