The Spotify Premium offer is one of a kind, providing the best in entertainment with a combined monthly value of $28.97 – but available for just $4.99 a month for students. In bringing Spotify, Hulu, and SHOWTIME together in one offering, Spotify is now able to offer students access to the world’s best music, TV, and movie content. Spotify’s goal in this improved offering is, as always, to bring more premium content to more people in more ways, and to make sure that the best in entertainment is accessible to everyone.

Alex Norström, Chief Premium Officer, Spotify, commented:

“Spotify Premium has just changed the content game for students. By joining forces with SHOWTIME and continuing our relationship with Hulu, Spotify Premium is now able to give students a complete world of music and video content, shows and film. This latest offer for U.S. students - both the millions already on Spotify Premium and those who are new - really is huge. Never before have students had this level of streaming entertainment options, at this unprecedented value, all in one package.”

Spotify Premium for Students is now available to new and existing Spotify student subscribers, the majority of which are already enjoying Hulu’s popular Limited Commercials streaming library  as part of their plan. In order to sign up, students should simply go to spotify.com/us/student where they can learn how to get access to Spotify Premium, Hulu and SHOWTIME for only $4.99 a month. And to make the entertainment package even more unprecedented in value, for students new to Spotify Premium, Spotify is offering the service for just $0.99 for the first three months.

“Our goal is to continue to make SHOWTIME accessible to subscribers wherever they are consuming content,” said Tom Christie, Chief Operating Officer, Showtime Networks Inc. “By partnering with Spotify, we are offering college students in the U.S. an opportunity to subscribe to SHOWTIME at an unparalleled price, giving them access to award-winning, critically-acclaimed, compelling programming. We can now reach a new group of subscribers by bringing the SHOWTIME streaming service to Spotify’s passionate users.”

In addition to SHOWTIME, student Premium subscribers will continue to enjoy access to Hulu’s library of acclaimed Original Series, including the Emmy® and Golden Globe Award-winning series The Handmaid’s Tale, The Looming Tower, Marvel’s Runaways and Castle Rock; as well as current season television like This is Us and Rick & Morty, hit movies and exclusive library series, including Family Guy, Lost, 30 Rock, Seinfeld, ER and more.
