"The Price is Right" and "Let's Make a Deal" Also Celebrate during the Month of December with Themed Shows, Games and Prizes

            The CBS Daytime schedule will celebrate the season with holiday-themed episodes in December on THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL, THE TALK, THE PRICE IS RIGHT and LET'S MAKE A DEAL.

On THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, Jill and Lauren begin to mend fences and grow closer as sisters; Victoria looks forward to a visit from her son while Billy does everything in his power to make that visit happen; Sharon tries to keep her daughter in her life despite the choices she's made; and Tucker surprises Ashley.  And, in a special Christmas episode, Victor is forced to look at the decisions he's made in his life, how they've impacted everyone around him and what his future could bring.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL features a continuation of the story involving Stephanie's cancer and all of the people she and Brooke recently met on Skid Row and at the Union Rescue Mission.  The Forrester family celebrates Christmas and includes their newly extended family at "Dayzee's," the coffee shop Stephanie bought for the inspiring young homeless woman she befriended on the streets of Los Angeles.  Having received the most special gift of all from Dayzee, "a new set of glasses" from which to look at her life and the world around her,  Stephanie holds true to her promise to help her fellow man and turns this holiday into one of hope, joy, faith and family. 

THE TALK will feature its "Heart of the Holidays" series Dec. 13-17.  The special series brings viewers heartwarming and emotional stories of five families struggling this holiday season and will highlight the remarkable rewards that will come their way in this time of need. 

On THE PRICE IS RIGHT, every day is a holiday in the month of December, with gift ideas in every show.  A showcase featuring the Neiman Marcus Christmas Catalogue will air Friday, Dec. 10.  "Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan will appear on Thursday, Dec. 15, to give away a special showcase and remind viewers about adopting shelter animals during the holiday season.  A week of holiday shows airs Dec. 20-24, with National Hockey League players presenting an NHL themed showcase on Monday, Dec. 20, and a holiday record-setting showcase winner airing during the week.  A special "Best of 2010" episode, featuring prizes voted on by fans, will air Thursday, Dec. 30.

On LET'S MAKE A DEAL, "The Dealy Awards" starts an extravaganza of entertainment on Monday, Dec. 20, featuring deals that spoof award shows, best costume awards and an opening musical number.  A day later on Tuesday, Dec. 21, "The Decades Show" takes the stage, showcasing a 1950's vintage car, choreographed dance numbers, improv deals set to song and costume changes through the decades.  The holiday show airs Friday, Dec. 24; Santa Wayne Brady will ask contestants which deal they're hoping for this Christmas.
