CBS was a dominant #1 in week 22, placing 16 series in the top 20 that were spread across all program genres, including the premiere of CRIMINAL MINDS: SUSPECT BEHAVIOR, the #1 new series of the season, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Feb. 20.

 

Among Adults 25-54, CBS had nine (including ties) of the top 10 and 13 of the top 20-more than the other networks combined.  Among adults 18-49, CBS had five of the top 10-matching the other networks combined-and 11 of the top 20.

 

CRIMINAL MINDS: SUSPECT BEHAVIOR debuted as the season's #1 new series in viewers, while the premieres of SURVIVOR: REDEMPTION ISLAND and THE AMAZING RACE: UNFINISHED BUSINESS both got off to solid starts.

 

For the week in viewers: CBS (11.17m), FOX (9.61m), ABC (6.59m) and NBC (5.54m).  Season-to-date: CBS (12.03m), FOX (9.48m), ABC (8.23m) and NBC (7.66m).

 

For the week in key demographics, CBS was second in both adults 25-54 (3.5/09) and adults 18-49 (2.5/07).  Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 (4.0/10) and second in adults 18-49 (3.0/08).

 

For the week in households: CBS (6.8/12), FOX (5.5/09), ABC (4.1/07) and NBC (3.5/06).  Season-to-date: CBS (7.3/12), FOX (5.3/09), ABC (5.1/08) and FOX (4.7/08). 

 

CBS Weekly Highlights:

 

 HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was first in households (5.9/10), adults 25-54 (4.4/12), adults 18-49 (3.7/11), adults 18-34 (3.2/11) and second in viewers (9.51m).  

 

 MAD LOVE (P) (5.4/09, 8.74m) was second in adults 25-54 (3.8/10) and adults 18-49 (3.0/08).  Compared to the time period live plus same day average (RULES OF ENGAGEMENT), MAD LOVE was up +4% in households (from 5.2/08) and added +120,000  viewers (from 8.62m, +1%). 

  

 TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in households (8.7/14), viewers (14.51m), adults 25-54 (5.8/14) and adults 18-49 (4.2/12). 

 

 MIKE & MOLLY was first in households (7.8/13), viewers (12.92m), adults 25-54 (5.1/13) and adults 18-49 (3.8/10).  MIKE & MOLLY posted its best delivery among viewers and best adults 18-49 ratings since Nov. 22, 2010.

  

 HAWAII FIVE-0 was first in households (6.6/11), viewers (10.73m), adults 25-54 (3.9/10) and adults 18-49 (2.8/08). 

 

 NCIS was first in households (11.7/19), viewers (19.40m), adults 25-54 (5.2/14) and second in adults 18-49 (3.6/10). 

 

 NCIS: LOS ANGELES was first in households (10.3/16), viewers (16.80m), adults 25-54 (4.8/12) and adults 18-49 (3.3/09). 

  

 THE GOOD WIFE was first in households (7.5/13), viewers (11.43m), adults 25-54 (3.2/08) and adults 18-49 (2.0/06). 

 

 SURVIVOR: REDEMPTION ISLAND (P) was second in households (6.2/10), viewers (11.16m), adults 25-54 (4.4/11) and adults 18-49 (3.2/09). 

  

 CRIMINAL MINDS: SUSPECT BEHAVIOR (P) was first in households (8.1/14), viewers (13.06m), adults 25-54 (4.4/12) and adults 18-49 (3.3/10).  Compared to the time period's first-run, live plus same day delivery, CBS was up +27% in households (from 6.4/11), +47% in adults 25-54 (from 3.0/08), +57% in adults 18-49 (from 2.1/06) and added +2.75m viewers (from 10.30m, +27%).  CRIMINAL MINDS: SUSPECT BEHAVIOR posted the time period's best delivery with a regularly scheduled program in viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 since Feb. 10, 2010. 

 

 CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in households (8.1/13) and viewers (13.29m); it was second in adults 25-54 (4.1/10).  Compared to last week, CSI was up +4% in both households (from 7.8/12) and adults 18-49 (2.9/08 from 2.8/07), +8% in adults 25-54 (from 3.8/09) and added +650,000 viewers (from 12.64m, +5%).  

  

 THE MENTALIST was first in households (9.2/16), viewers (15.01m), adults 25-54 (4.3/12) and adults 18-49 (3.0/09).  Compared to last week, THE MENTALIST was up +2% in both households (from 9.0/16) and adults 25-54 (from 4.2/11), +3% in adults 18-49 (from 2.9/07) and added +150,000 viewers (from 14.86m, +1%). 

 

-- On Friday, CBS was first in households (6.3/11), viewers (10.09m) and adults 25-54 (2.5/07); the Network was tied for first in adults 18-49 (1.6/05, with FOX). 

           

 THE DEFENDERS was first in households (5.2/09), viewers (8.47m) and adults 25-54 (2.2/07) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (1.3/05 with NBC).  Compared to last week, THE DEFENDERS was up +4% in households (from 5.0/09), +10% in adults 25-54 (from 2.0/06), +18% in adults 18-49 (from 1.1/04) and added +560,000 viewers (from 7.91m, +7%). 

  

 CSI: NY won its time slot in households (6.7/12), viewers (10.65m), adults 25-54 (2.8/08) and adults 18-49 (1.8/06).  Compared to last week, CSI: NY was up +8% in households (from 6.2/11), +12% in adults 25-54 (from 2.5/07), +13% in adults 18-49 (from 1.6/05) and added +940,000 viewers (from 9.71m, +10%).  

  

 BLUE BLOODS was first in households (7.0/13), viewers (11.16m), adults 25-54 (2.5/07) and second in adults 18-49 (1.5/05). 

 

 THE AMAZING RACE 18 (P) was first in adults 25-54 (3.5/09), tied for first in adults 18-49 (2.5/07, with ABC) and second in households (5.1/08) and viewers (9.15m).  Compared to last February's premiere (on Feb. 14, 2010), THE AMAZING RACE 18 was up +3% in adults 25-54 (from 3.4/08), even in households and added +140,000 viewers (from 9.01m, +2%). 

  

 UNDERCOVER BOSS was first in viewers (10.68m) and second in households (6.1/10) and adults 25-54 (3.7/09).

  

 CSI: MIAMI was first in households (6.3/11), viewers (10.47m), adults 25-54 (3.2/08) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (2.2/06, with NBC).
