BIG BROTHER SUNDAY delivered the series highest numbers of the summer (on any night) in viewers, adults 25-54, 18-49 and 18-34, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Aug. 21.   

From 8:00-9:00 PM, BIG BROTHER SUNDAY was first in its time period in both adults 18-49 (3.3/10) and adults 18-34 (3.0/10), tied for first in adults 25-54 (3.8/10, with NBC), second in households (5.1/09) and viewers (8.82m).  If the preliminary ratings hold, this will mark BIG BROTHER'S highest ratings of the summer on any night in viewers, adults 25-54, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34.
