"The Talk" is Up May-to-May Among Women 25-54 On Nearly Every

CBS Owned Station

               THE TALK, CBS's daytime talk show, delivered impressive growth both nationally and on the CBS Owned Stations during the recently completed May sweep.

            Nationally during May, THE TALK averaged 2.27 million viewers and 1.1/06 among women 25-54, up +11% in both measures compared to last May.

On the 14 CBS Owned Stations, THE TALK posted growth of +29% among women 25-54 (0.9 from 0.7) versus last May.

            Nearly all of the CBS Owned Stations saw year-to-year growth among women 25-54:  WCBS, New York, up +22%; KCBS, Los Angeles, up +33%; WBBM, Chicago, up +50%; KYW, Philadelphia, up +100%; KTVT, Dallas, up +140%; WWJ, Detroit, up +50%; KDKA, Pittsburgh, up +50%; and WJZ, Baltimore, up +43%.

            Additionally, THE TALK ranked first in its time period among women 25-54 in New York, Philadelphia, Dallas, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh and Baltimore.
